Yeah I am pretty sure that it's a confirmed loss, but multiple sites are saying different things.

FoxNews has Linda with 39% (31,323 votes) to Murphys 60% (50,090 votes)

Who knows what the acutally numbers are but almost all of the sites have confirmed Murphy as the winner.
