I get the fact that you are only attractive to girls if they look at you as a man. but it's just stupid when they want you to be super manly and stand up for yourself all the time... so if you were to be around a girl and she wants to fight about something your a jerk and she doesn't want to talk to if you say she is wrong... and your a push over if you say ok to whatever she says.

Dude, I look at it this way. You are who you are. If your that fun loving guy who doesn't give a shit, then be that guy. If you're the person who is more of a deep thinker, than be that guy. But the fact is, if you're trying to figure out who/what you should be for a chick, then she isn't the chick you need to give your attention to. Don't change or comprimise yourself for a girl who isn't willing to even give you the same respect to do the same for you. That will always end with you stuck in the situation you find yourself in. If you are more of the "emotional" type, then it might actually come down to you avoiding being around the chick anymore. But always remember, her happiness doesn't mean more than yours. If it's not a mutual respect, you are going to end up miserable, listening to bad music, and wondering why she didn't like you for you (when in all honesty, she didn't like you trying to bend over backwards to impress her, which is the "fake" you).
