well either it's a site that isn't hosting overseas, or it's just a really shitty hosting site that has bandwidth failures, either could cause it

Hmmm, having a bit of trouble since the max size of an upload is 10 MB and the GIF is 10.3 MB.
What do I do now? I don't have Photoshop installed yet, nor can I work with it.
