It's probably because Miss Elizabeth had a cultural impact in the WWE and also different standards for women in the 80s.
They were still respected back then on TV. It changed dramatically a decade later.

The people on the lower end of the list aren't being presented as ugly, so I'm not quite sure how liking someone in the 30s equates to you having bad taste. All it really means is that their arbitrary hotness rankings are different than your arbitrary hotness rankings.

fair point ape. I do wonder how they determine all of their lists as of late. Some of them while controversial have been pretty solid lists.
