Okay shoulder roll drills are quickly becoming my worst enemy. You roll around the ring for as long as you're told to, and if you stand up and fall over you get 15 Flair chops. I fell twice and my chest is on fire right now.
What did I learn during today's lesson? When getting up from your back, roll to your side on your elbow and keep your fingers in a closed fist.....and don't fall over during roll drills lol.
I'm still green as goose sh*t as this was just my second lesson but I'm loving it. I'm getting better at running ropes already. Bumps on the other hand, still suck balls. In a few weeks if everything works out right, I'll be taking full back bumps! Happy Poot is happy.
