They are all sorts of great for an unhealthy snack.
And no, I have not gotten the DDP Yoga, but I am slowly moving towards grabbing it. It seems to be something I could reasonably do, and the results for Jake have been awesome. The only problem I have is that I don't like diets. Not that I am against eating/living healthier as much as I am not a fan of limitations placed on me as a full grown man. I'm 6'1" and 240 lbs, so I am not "obese" (although the Wii Fit might disagree), but I am at the point as a 30 year old that I need to start looking towards the next 10 years. It's easier to put on weight now so I need to be more cautious. I think the biggest solution to my problem would be to cut out carbonated drinks and get more active before I look towards a diet.
