you cant nominate yourself
it will be done every 3 months
6 users will be inducted into the hall of fame every 3 months
3 users will be inducted into the wall of shame this is where trolls get inducted
you can only nominate 1 person every 3 months
you vote once for wall of shame
and 1 person to the hall of fame
voting will be up until we get enough votes
