Simple put, the reason why people got the PPV was Punk and him leaving, when he announced he was not going to be next Monday and it was confirmed, well The rating stood the same. Same happened next week, even when Punk got back but it was completely unadvertised so you can't expect someone to generate numbers if you don't announce him and him being there for like 3 minutes.

I don't see how that is possible after the very low buy rates of the past PPVs. No knocking on you, how many did you expect? I mean just to have a number in mind.

Brilliant PPV but the numbers sound about right for one of their usual lesser PPV's. It did really well

Got over 100k more than last year's, and from the trend the PPVs were having (100k, less than 100k) it was a very nice bounce IMO.

I know the "Big 4" are presumed to get the most buys. Buy why Survivor Series? Its sucked for a long time, and I don't see why people would buy that PPV just because of it's name rather than a fantastic PPV in MITB.

Do you even realize it anymore or does it just come naturally?

The buyrate numbers originally released had the 2011 Money in the Bank PPV bringing in 265,000 buys. However, a new breakdown in the estimates lists the July PPV at bringing in just 185,000 buys.

The other buys incorporated into the graph are now being credited to WrestleMania XXVII purchases that came in after the last key indicator was published.
    Hey hey hey.

Well, still more than last year and way more than the previous PPV, not to be calling a conspiracy here(R-TRUTH WAS RIGHT!!!) but how freaking inaccurate can this crap be? I mean, how come form 265,000 to 185, 000 and call that Wrestlemania got like 80,000 more and they were just delayed? I mean, shouldn't that also be considered for the previous PPVs?

So they are going to say that Over The limit rally got like 99k? from what they are saying the could have been only 50k and the rest could have been Wrestlemania.

On a side note, damn, for an average Wrestlemania, if this is true the event really got a lot of buys, Damn Rock seriously was a purchase magnet.
