I see her as just the innocent, young uncorrupt type, like Amy Grant.
but honestly, while I don't care for her songs, I can't deny that she is extraordinarily gifted, and wonderful to her fans by all accounts. also I believe that she may be made entirely out of cream

As to the Kid Rock Rapper - Devil without a Cause. Listen to that Album, especially tracks 3 (Title Track), 4 (BullGod) 8 (I got one for ya), 12 (Fuck Off) and 13 (Where you at Rock, although getting thru the intro kinda sucks). His earlier stuff (Early morning Stones Pimp and Polyfuze Method) showed the potential evolution this guy promised to have. The fact that he was able to sample some of the songs he did in a successful mannor (The Right Stuff by NKOTB, wtf?!) was impressive. What stands alone as Kid Rocks best talent is that the dude can seriously play every single instrument he has on stage with him. From tables to drums to bass to keyboard. Musically, the guy is gifted, even if I don't feel him to be the most lyrically blessed.
akbar - MGK has talent and I do like the WildBoy song, but have you ever heard of Lil' Wyte from Triple 6 Mafia fame? The guy has a solid style and good flow. Not sure about freestyles, but he definately has some good beats to go along with interesting (although primarily drug themed) lyrics. His debut album, Doubt Me Now, featured some solid songs. As for my underdog white rappers, I suggest eXquire (Featured with Aesop) and Brother Ali (Featured with Rhymesayers)
