To be fair, it will be an improvement and it takes small improvements to make massive improvements so at least we're in the right direction today.

Having said that, I'm perfectly fine with going 1-15 - 4-12 to get another great draft pick to make sure we can be a force for later years.

That's true since we are rebuilding and going to be in the top 5 for draft picks for the next 2 years or so lol. I give the Raiders 3-4 years to be on pace to being great like in 2003.
