- WWE is trying hard to get the Judge to throw out the lawsuit that involves WWE & The Sandman which was filed last month. As reported earlier, Karlene Boutwell claims she was grabbed, pushed and humiliated by The Sandman during his entrance on ECW.

- Scott Strorick, Ric Flair’s former financial adviser, filed a motion to dismiss the $500,000 lawsuit Flair filed against him for mismanagement of his portfolio.

- This Monday night on RAW, TMZ is reporting that Jesse Ventura will be one of the names that will also be in attendance. Steve O from Jackass, and others will be on hand as part of the "Mr McMahon Appreciation Night".
