— As noted earlier here on the website, Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson reportedly also suffered a hernia at Wrestlemania 29 in addition to torn abdomen muscle “off the bone”. Johnson suffered the injuries during his main event match with John Cena at Wrestlemania 29. According to sources, Johnson flew himself back to Miami to be “examined quietly.”

WWE officials were not made aware he flew home to Miami until he had informed them he wouldn’t be arriving at the RAW taping until around 3:00 p.m. ET on Monday. It was later determined he wouldn’t make it and the re-writing process took place. There was said to be lots of concern about the injury given his upcoming Hollywood schedule and whether or not it would prevent him from wanting to get back in the ring for the company.
