— There is a cage reportedly hanging above the ring at the arena in Providence, Rhode Island, the site of tonight’s live WWE RAW show. With the cage being set up for use, one would expect a cage match of some sort on tonight’s show.
— As noted earlier, there are RUMORS that WWE is planning on announcing The Ultimate Warrior as the first official inductee into the 2014 class of the WWE Hall Of Fame during tonight’s RAW show from Providence. Again, we haven’t been able to confirm this but the announcement is expected sooner rather than later.
— You can expect more names for the WWE Royal Rumble match to be announced on RAW tonight. As of now, the only two names confirmed are Alberto Del Rio and Batista.
— Billy Gunn confirmed via Twitter that he is backstage at tonight’s WWE RAW in Providence, RI. The Road Dogg is backstage at RAW as well as he’s there on a weekly basis working as a producer/agent. Billy Gunn is a trainer down at NXT. Gunn tweeted the following earlier this afternoon:
“Ok providence were in the house and the NAO are ready @WWERoadDogg”
It should be noted that WWE was very happy with the match The New Age Outlaws had on last week’s SmackDown broadcast so it’s very possible we’ll see them wrestle again tonight on RAW.
