Sonnen said of the training sessions: "He brings me out to Broken Skull Ranch, the middle of nowhere, hotter than a son of a gun, and he tortures me for about 30 days and I go home. I never throw a punch or a kick. It's all strength and conditioning. I hate it. I do not like it at all. I hope he reads that. I hope he knows that I don't like it."
