-- After his appearance on Friday's episode of SmackDown, it has been revealed that Edge has not signed a new contract with WWE as we noted earlier. He is still a free agent and turned down a WWE contract earlier this year. He is still working on his acting career, but is still open to working with WWE if it makes sense for both sides, as he it did on Smackdown when he promoted Syfy's Haven, on which he has a supporting role.
Edge will next appear at the October 6 House of Hardcore debut.
