-- Linda McMahon's top Republican opponent in the Connecticut Senate race, Chris Shays, continued his attacks against her and her supporters in an interview with Journal Inquirer. He also refused to back down from comments saying the former WWE CEO's line of work was in "soft-porn," despite WWE responding with a stern letter. During the interview, Shays said that a Connecticut town committee would not allow him to address potential voters. "Even though she talks about her job, I couldn't say anything about her job. They didn't want me to talk about any of that stuff. I mean, that's absurd."
-- As noted before, The Rock is scheduled for the April 2nd RAW Supershow – the day after WrestleMania 28. This isn’t confirmed but it’s believed that Rock will start a build for SummerSlam that night, schedule permitting. The idea all along has been for The Rock to do more than one big pay-per-view in 2012.
