We had a VERY busy day on Monday and a lot of you guys came back to the site numerous times throughout the day. — The pre-sale password for WWE Extreme Rules 2013 is EXTREME. The pre-sale is ongoing as of tonight and will run through Friday night. The show takes place May 19th, 2013 in St. Louis, MO.
