There have been rumors of late of NXT’s longest reigning and undefeated Women’s Champion, Asuka, making her main roster debut. Asuka has been dominating the Women’s division on NXT for over a year now and many have suggested that it is time for her to make her main roster debut. The rumors have always been around but they have become more talked about because of her upcoming match at NXT Takeover: Orlando against Ember Moon who most predict will be the one to dethrone the “Empress Of Tomorrow”.
My Take:
If WWE is indeed bringing up the NXT Women’s Champion, she should be entered as a surprise entrant in the Battle Royal for the SD Live Women’s Championship at WrestleMania that GM Daniel Bryan announced . To maintain Asuka’s mystique and presence, have her go over Ember Moon at Takeover: Orlando and walk into the Battle Royal at WrestleMania as champion. Asuka should be forced to relinquish the NXT Women’s Championship in order to move forward on the main roster as SD Live Women’s Champion. That way, NXT could possibly put the title on Billie Kay or Peyton Royce with it being believable or begin with the reign of Ember Moon. Asuka will still be undefeated and could use that streak to get over another talent in the near future.
