According to sources, Michael Hayes is the reason behind The New Day inducting The Fabulous Freebirds into the WWE Hall of Fame class of 2016. Hayes is reportedly a “huge fan” of the group.
Part of the reason for their recent babyface turn is due to their induction duties at the WWE Hall of Fame.
The WWE Hall of Fame ceremony takes place the night before WrestleMania 32 – Saturday, April 2nd.
