As previously reported, TNA is set to air an the Slammiversary 2014 PPV instead of iMPACT! Wrestling next week. While a May 22nd episode was shot, it was made to be very light on storyline and for international markets only.
The reason for the switch is that Destination America knows viewing will be down on May 22nd due to Memorial Day and didn’t want to lose any momentum.
