According to a report from the Pro Wrestling Sheets website, Rey Mysterio and AAA are currently involved in a contract dispute over money Mysterio claims they owe him. Mysterio claims the company hasn’t paid him everything that he’s owed.
The site reports that Mysterio’s deal with AAA is based on the number of dates he’s away from home regardless of whether it is for a house show, taping or media appearance. Mysterio has not been paid for all of the trips he’s made for them and is displeased with the situation, believing the company is engaged in dubious business practices by not paying him.
Mysterio’s last appearance for AAA was in December.
