According to a report from Pro Wrestling Sheet, Dave Batista met with Vince McMahon at the Royal Rumble pay-per-view and was pitched an idea to be a part of The Legends vs. League of Nations segment at WrestleMania 32 but reportedly had to turn it down.
Batista was offered to appear in the segment with Steve Austin, Mick Foley and Shawn Michaels confronting The League of Nations after their win over The New Day.
According to the site, Batista was forced to turn down the role as he was filming Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2.
