Following a knee injury last year, Pro Wrestling Sheet is reporting that Seth Rollins is back in the gym and at the WWE Performance Center training for an in-ring return. He’s also been training at his Brave Wrestling Academy in Illinois. He’s been spotted working in the ring several times a week but is wearing a knee brace. Rollins is said to be very careful with his leg and ices his injured knee following each training session.
Most of you likely remember that Rollins suffered the knee injury during a live event match with Kane during WWE’s European tour in November of 2015. He was expected to be out of action 6-9 months. It’s been about four months so far.
