The Young Bucks’ full-time deal with Ring of Honor is said to be for one year. The deal is exclusive for North America except for Pro Wrestling Guerrilla. The Bucks will still be able to work for New Japan Pro Wrestling. They encouraged the Bucks to make the deal because they don’t want them getting hurt by working so many independent dates. The relationship between NJPW and ROH will allow NJPW to coordinate the dates for the team.

The Bucks reportedly insisted to be able to work for PWG. They also kept merchandising rights and their official t-shirt store with Pro Wrestling Tees. No other ROH contracted talents, even those with non-exclusive deals, are allowed to have stores there. Other deals, such as those for Jay Lethal, Bobby Fish, Adam Cole, ACH, The Briscoes and Kyle O’Reilly, do not allow them to work for PWG or anywhere else. There is a feeling in the independent scene that Sinclair Broadcasting is willing to spend more money than ever on talent, which makes this a big deal.
