As seen during last night’s WWE Money in the Bank pay-per-view event, WWE will be booking Big Show vs. The Miz vs. Ryback in an Intercontinental Championship match at the Battleground pay-per-view in five weeks.
This was the original plan for this triple threat match was for the MITB PPV, but those plans were changed to a singles match between Ryback and Big Show.
The WWE Battleground pay-per-view event takes place on July 19, 2015 at Scottrade Center in St. Louis, Missouri. It will be the third event under the Battleground chronology. This will be shown on the WWE Network and traditional pay-per-view outlets.
