Before Sunday, there was speculation that Bill Goldberg may be returning to WWE at WrestleMania 32. Obviously, Goldberg didn’t appear at the event.
Goldberg tweeted the following after WrestleMania 32 went off the air:
“Never in the cards to show up tonight but I refused to spoil it for everyone by commenting…..thank you all for giving a shit.”

Goldberg signed with WWE in 2003 and left the company in 2004. He has not been on WWE TV since then. His relationship with WWE hasn’t been great, but he has expressed interest in doing one more match with them if the price is right. It’s possible that Goldberg returns to WWE in the near future.
