During the WWE NXT Takeover: Dallas special on the WWE Network on Saturday night, Kota Ibushi was shown in the live crowd. As previously reported here on eWrestlingNewscom, Ibushi left New Japan Pro Wrestling in February and is currently a free agent. That has led many to speculate that he may debut in WWE NXT in the near future.
Former TNA Superstar Bobby Roode, Stephanie McMahon, Jim Ross, Scott Hall, Sean “X-Pac” Waltman and others were also shown on camera during the WWE NXT Takeover: Dallas event. As far as Bobby Roode is concerned, he is currently staying at the official WWE hotel for WrestleMania 32 and is expected to debut in WWE NXT shortly. Eric Young is likely to debut as well but he wasn’t shown at NXT Takeover: Dallas like Roode. As of this writing, we don’t know if Young is in Dallas, TX for “WrestleMania Week.”
Justin Credible and Michelle Beadle were also at the show but not referenced.
