Two men, one being the brother of WWE superstar Dolph Ziggler, pleaded guilty yesterday to the 2016 killing of a Marine Corps veteran following an attempted robbery at a Cleveland hotel. David Nemeth & Jack King pleaded guilty to involuntary manslaughter, aggravated robbery and kidnapping charges of Joshua Mascol at the University Hotel and Suites on Euclid Avenue.
Both men will be sentenced on August 28th & were set to stand trail Monday on charges of aggravated murder. Both face possible life sentences if convicted.
Cuyahoga County prosecutors asked the judge to bar David Nemeth’s lawyers from mentioning that he was the brother of Dolph Ziggler, whose real name is Nicholas Nemeth. It was to be believed that if it was brought up, it would take the jurors’s attention away from the case.
