WWNLive has announced that TNA star Ethan Carter III is returning to EVOLVE for the EVOLVE 67 event on August 20 in Brooklyn, N.Y and will be part of a big six-man tag match. Also, the promotion announced that Timothy Thatcher would defend the EVOLVE Title against Matt Riddle in a No Holds Barred match on August 19 in Joppa, Md and Cody Rhodes will be wrestling again for EVOLVE on September 11 against Johnny Gargano.
