The Associated Press reports that a court has sided with Hustler over nude photos of Nancy Toffolini Benoit, published after she was murdered by husband Chris Benoit, along with their son, in 2007.

The 11th US Circuit Court of Appeals said there wasn't enough evidence to support the jury's decision to make Hustler pay almost $20 million to her family.

Benoit's family said she never gave permission to publish the photos, which were 24 years old. The magazine said it could print them because they were newsworthy. The jury's decision to force the magazine to pay $19.6 million was reduced to $250,000, and then thrown out altogether.
