WWE.com interviewed Dean Ambrose following his World Title win at last night’s WWE Money in the Bank pay-per-view. Ambrose said,
“That’s a long night! I had a lot of long nights, a whole lot of long nights. Twelve years, more miles traveled, more cars wrecked, sitting in the back of squad cars more times than I care to admit. A whole bunch of stuff that I can’t talk about on a PG show. More bruises, breaks, more pain, more frustration than anybody can imagine that wears a tie, you know what I’m saying? But hey, we made it, you know? It’s not me, it’s not just me, it’s all the people who supported me along the way, who helped me along the way, who stuck with me, the people who stuck with me [and] helped me stay alive! This is there’s, this belongs to them. They know who they are and I say ‘thank you’ to them. Everybody else, everybody who wanted to write me off, well they can all kiss the champ’s ass! We’re sitting pretty on top of the mountain tonight, boys!”
