The owner of Ring of Honor (ROH), the Sinclair Broadcasting Group, has purchased the Tennis Channel. According to media reports, the company finalized the $350 million deal on Wednesday.
The purchase will give Sinclair their first national TV market, as their other networks and stations operate under a shared services agreement with local television network partners.
