A report earlier this week, coming from the Wrestling Observer stated that The Hardy’s were in talks with Anthem Media regarding the “Broken” gimmick. Dave Meltzer stated that the Hardy’s were very close to reeling in the much wanted gimmick. Matt Hardy even shared on Twitter that “we are close to winning” which most suspected he was referring to the on-going legal between himself & Anthem/Impact.
A new report from PWInsider states the complete opposite; that the word backstage at the Impact tapings this week is that the two parties are still far away from a deal & at odds with one another.
