Jimmy “Superfly” Snuka was scheduled to appear in court this morning at 9:30 AM in Allentown, PA for a preliminary hearing. However, the hearing has been postponed as a motion was filed by The Lehigh County District Attorney’s Office requesting that filing a “Bill of Information” without a preliminary hearing be approved by the court.
As noted, Snuka was charged back on September 1st for the death of his then-girlfriend Nancy Argentino, which happened back on May 11, 1983.
Snuka was charged with third-degree murder and involuntary manslaughter.
As of this writing, there’s no word when a new hearing will be set.
