— Nickelodeon has announced John Cena as appearing in Fred 3: Camp Fred. He will reprise his role as Fred’s father. As previously reported, Cena filmed scenes for the film last week but had not been officially announced for the film until now.
— As noted earlier here on the website, Vince McMahon was reportedly encouraged by YouTube viewing numbers for the United States Championship Match between Santino Marella and The Miz before Extreme Rules. He felt with more promotion the numbers could be even higher.
— Former TNA star and current Ring of Honor Star Jay Lethal announced today via Twitter and Facebook that he has opened his own blog page (http://thelethaljay.com/blog). His first installment you can read below: Welcome to my blog page. I have decided to let some of my fans, some of my haters and all those inbetween know a little bit more about me. Here I will talk about my life inside and outside of wrestling, but mostly inside wrestling since that’s where all of the interesting things happen. Let’s face it, no one will be reading this to find out what I had for dinner last night. I won’t bore you with stuff like that. I know you want a little more than that like…..my time at TNA, how I started in wrestling, ROH before and after, and my future in wrestling. Hopefully i can find the perfect blend of both worlds. I plan on writing at least twice a month, unless this goes very well then I will do it more than that. I think I’m going to start at the beginning so the first couple entries will be about when I first started getting into the “business”. I’ll keep this welcome entry short as I am currently on the road for Ring of Honor. Tomorrow is “Boarder Wars” in Toronto (may 12th 2012) which is shaping up to be the biggest ROH event that I have ever been apart of. I hope you come back each time I post a new entry/blog as I have a few reasons for doing this. For some I hope this entertains you. For others I hope this somehow helps you for example: If I explain a situation that I was in that is similar to yours maybe you will learn what to do or not to do from my experiences. I know if Randy Savage had a web blog, as a fan, I would have loved to hear what he had to say. Lol. Ps- Sonjaydutt.blogspot.com is sonjays web blog. Check his out too. Thanks Jay
