-- As noted earlier this morning here on the website, Evan Bourne, who has been sidelined with a severe foot/ankle injury the last year, returned to action for WWE on Thursday night at an NXT event in Tampa, FL. Bourne returned in a match with Sammy Sane (aka El Generico). Generico is still working without the mask.

-- There are no pro wrestling shows listed for ESPN Classic. The AWA and UWF shows will return on Monday night.

-- Michael PS Hayes turns 54 years old today.

-- Ring of Honor is in Asheville, NC at WNC AG Center tomorrow night with the following scheduled: Kevin Steen vs. Mark Briscoe for the ROH Title, The American Wolves vs. Caprice Coleman and Cedric Alexander, Bobby Fish and Kyle O'Reilly vs. Alabama Attitude for the ROH Tag Titles, Matt Taven vs. ACH vs. Roderick Strong vs. Jay Lethal in a four-way Proving Ground match for a future shot at the ROH TV Title, Rhett Titus vs. BJ Whitmer, Mike Mondo and Grizzly Redwood vs. two members of SCUM, Michael Elgin vs. Adam Page, plus appearances by Jay Briscoe, Jimmy Jacobs, Steve Corino, and Charlie Haas.

-- Former WWE wrestler John Morrison (John Hennigan) has been cast in a horror film titled The Factory. The movie will start filming next week in New York, and the movie "chronicles a group of people considering buying an old factory who get trapped inside trying to escape the demons from the factory's past."
