— Edge, who recently joined Twitter, will live tweet this Friday during the broadcast of the SyFy show Haven. He plays recurring character Dwight Hendrickson. The show airs at 10 PM after Smackdown. Edge confirmed the news by retweeting an account for (possibly parody / unconfirmed) character Dave Teagues.

The account wrote: “Seems @EdgeRatedR–who looks a lot like Dwight Hendrickson–will be live tweeting this Friday at 10/9C during Syfy’s broadcast about Haven.”

— Jim Ross recently spoke to OKGazette.com about Mid-South Wrestling and his upcoming appreciation night. Here are the highlights…

On Mid-South Wrestling: “I see people all the time saying, ‘I don’t watch as religiously as I used to, but back in the day I never missed a day of Mid-South Wrestling,'” Ross said. “If they were in an area where Mid-South Wrestling Association aired on Sunday morning, they had some religious issues to address. Sometimes it was a photo finish getting to the church on time.”

On WWE’s Jim Ross Appreciation Night: “There will be a few surprises here and there,” he said. “I think at the end of the day, it will be a fun night. I think people will leave there glad that they came.”
