Ring of Honor will return to Philadelphia, PA tonight at 6 PM at the 2300 Arena for a TV Taping, featuring the first-ever “Decade of Excellence tournament. The winner will challenge ROH champion Kyle O’Reilly at the 3/10 ROH 15th Anniversary PPV. The first round will feature:
