Last week Tammy Sytch was arrested on September 23rd, after no showing three court dates regarding her May arrest in Mahoning Township, PA on charges of driving under the influence, driving with a suspended license and careless driving. She was then released on bail on September 25th following her latest appearance in court. Here are the details of her release, courtesy of Pwinsider.com…

* Sytch would pay $2,000 cash to bond out of jail, which she did later in the afternoon.

* Sytch would report to the Carbon County Adult Parole/Probation Department within 72 hours of her release.

* Sytch will officially notify the Court, the District Attorney’s office and her attorney of any change of address or phone number.

* Sytch will have a drug and alcohol evaluation done and follow all recommendations made to her.

* Sytch agrees to a “zero tolerance” policy for “the possession, control and consumption of alcoholic beverages and non-prescribed medication.” If she violates any of those rules, she will end up being arrested for violating the terms of her bail.

* Sytch agrees to a “zero tolerance” policy if she misses any urine screenings without a legitimate reason. If she misses one and cannot produce a legitimate reason, it will be considered a violation of her bail.

* If there is no plea bargain made, Sytch agrees she will appear in court for her Jury Trial on December 7th.

Sytch also has a court date next week in Palmerton, PA, this is a preliminary hearing in regard to two other DUI-related arrests.
