If you were not aware, yesterday, eWn’s Ryan Clark reported that Impact Wrestling has filed for trademark over the “Broken” gimmick (link here). It was reported a few weeks back that WWE was in talks with Impact Wrestling concerning a buyout over the gimmick.
Apparently, Impact Wrestling will not be letting this go anytime soon and Matt Hardy took to Twitter to say that Impact Wrestling is holding the gimmick hostage that the fans want to see.
