— The Mercury News has a report of
Daniel Bryan’s appearance at Monday’s San Francisco Giants game. The article
notes that Bryan decided to come out after reading about Hunter Pence leading a
park-wide “YES!” chant.
The article notes that Bryan isn’t much of a baseball fan but roots for the
Mariners at time. He worse a personalized Giants jersey and planned to pump up
the crowd himself with a “YES!” chant before last night’s game.
“It’s crazy,” Bryan said about his “YES!” chant.
“I’m just some small-town guy from Aberdeen, Washington just doing my
wrestling thing,” he said, laughing. “You see it being done
by 40,000 people and you’re like, ‘Oh my gosh!’ It was awesome.”
