Prior to Monday’s WWE RAW broadcast, there were no tapings for WWE Superstars. It appears this week’s Superstars broadcast will be a “Best Of” show or will feature highlights from RAW and SmackDown.
Despite there being no Superstars tapings, there was a dark match where The Lucha Dragons defeated The Ascension. This was not taped for anything.
As we reported earlier today here on eWrestlingNews.com, WWE announced on RAW last night that John Cena will be making his return to RAW next week to face Alberto Del Rio. Del Rio was the guy who defeated Cena to win the US Title at the WWE Hell in a Cell pay-per-view so Cena could take some time off.
Next week’s WWE RAW broadcast takes place from the Barclays Center in Brooklyn, NY. Cena is scheduled to return two days earlier on Saturday night at the Madison Square Garden house show.
