As noted, Brock Lesnar will be defending his WWE Universal Championship at the newly named “Great Balls Of Fire” PPV July 9th in Dallas, TX. This will be Brock’s first defense since capturing the title last month at WrestleMania 33. Reports from F4WOnline.com state that Lesnar is set to face Braun Strowman at the PPV. WWE has also been teasing Seth Rollins & Finn Balor as potential opponents, but, if Strowman & Lesnar clash they will likely have a rematch at Summerslam.
According to WrestleZone, Brock Lesnar will not be at the Extreme Rules PPV June 4th. WWE will continue the story-line between Braun Strowman & Roman Reigns into Extreme Rules. As well as: Finn Balor vs. Bray Wyatt, Dean Ambrose vs. The Miz for the I.C. Title & Seth Rollins vs. Samoa Joe.
