As noted, a lawsuit has been filed against Shane McMahon regarding YOU On Demand securities trading. The lawsuit was filed on March 14th.
In an update, YOD and McMahon’s attorney has replied to the securities complaint. Check it out here:

McMahon was the CEO of YOU On Demand until 2013. He currently serves as the company’s principal executive officer and Vice Chairman of the Board.
