-- Former WWE talent Paul Bearer made a surprise appearance at Saturday night's WWE RAW house show in Biloxi, Mississippi. Bearer cut a promo on the Triple H vs. Brock Lesnar match at SummerSlam and explained why both men were dangerous. During the promo, he was interrupted by Heath Slater, who accused Bearer of stealing his spotlight. He went on to say that he isn't a wrestler but knew someone in the back who would be glad to fight him. With that being said, Ryback came out and squashed Slater in less than a minute.

-- There is expected to be a Summerslam pre-show via YouTube next weekend, similar to the last few shows. This will likely be announced on this week's RAW or SmackDown broadcasts.

-- There is a profile of Abdullah the Butcher in The Atlantic. The article, which you can see here, includes comments about the allegations toward him regarding hepatitis by Devon Nicholson. Abdullah says in the profile that he has only bladed three people in his career and that those were young wrestlers who didn't know how to blade.
