The prosecution team in the murder case against Jimmy Snuka have filed a motion asking the judge to compel Snuka’s lawyers to hand over their reports on his mental capacities. Snuka’s lawyers have ignored three seperaste requests to hand over their findings on Snuka’s mental competency.

As previously reported here on eWrestlingNews.com, Jimmy Snuka is charged with involuntary manslaughter and third-degree murder in the death of Nancy Argentino, his girlfriend at the time, in May of 1983. Snuka has been undergoing mental health evaluations to determine his mental competency to stand trial, with a hearing on the matter set for May 13th.

One of Snuka’s lawyers said the following to Chief Deputy District Attorney Charles F. Gallagher, “No, your expert should be able to complete his evaluation without copying off my expert.”

Both sides were ordered to have their experts examine Snuka. The results of the mental competency hearing will determine whether the case will proceed.
