Prowrestlingsheet.com is reporting that Rich Brennan was “blindsided” by his WWE release.
Rich “Brennan” Bocchini was released by WWE last Wednesday via a phone call. Brennan had been assured that his position with the company was safe after Mauro Ranallo was hired back in December. There is no word on what changed that but he says he is not bitter about the release, and has high hopes to do play by play commentary for the NHL now that he is done with WWE.
