Rima Fakih, who competed in the first season of WWE Tough Enough is scheduled for trial today in Highland Park, Michigan. She will face charges of driving drunk, stemming from a December 3rd arrest when she was pulled over with an open bottle of champagne in her car. Authorities claim that Fakih had twice the legal blood alcohol limit when she was pulled over, while she claims that she was not drinking that night.

While not officially announced, there were reports that Fakih has signed with WWE.

UPDATE: Rima Fakih has come to a deal with Michigan prosecutors in her DUI case this morning. The deal came just hours before she was to stand trial for the case.

Fakih pled no contest to misdemeanor driving while visibly impaired, and in exchange, prosecutors have agreed to drop the more serious charge of operating while intoxicated. She is scheduled for a May 9th sentencing hearing, where she faces up to 93 days in jail.

During her December 3rd arrest, Fakih was disoriented and was slurring her speech after she was pulled over for speeding and weaving through traffic. Police claimed that her blood alcohol level was more than double the legal limit, and found a half-empty bottle of wine on the floorboard behind the driver’s seat. Fakih claimed she had not been drinking that night.
