WWE SmackDown (Airing Thursday):

After a quick ring apron change, the broadcast team of Rich Brennan, Jerry Lawler, and Booker T made their entrances… Pyro hit to open the show right next to where I’m seated and that scared the crap out of me and the people around me. Graphics showed the tournament matches for tonight…

The entire Wyatt Family made their entrance. They were first cheered and then booed. There were very loud Undertaker chants. Luke Harper spoke first, saying tonight the carnage continues when they sacrifice the Uso Brothers for Bray Wyatt. Erick Rowan said they bring pain and humiliation to everyone who opposes them. Braun Strowman said he will destroy everyone in his path.

Bray said the Deadman may have risen, and the Demon has come back, but they will never be the same. He has taken pieces, which they will never recover, as they are part of him. The loud Taker chants continued. Bray issued a challenge to the Brothers of Destruction for Survivor Series, saying let’s make it your family against my family – the two of them and two of Bray’s choosing. He said in 25 years we would be celebrating the day Bray buried the Deadman and Demon forever…

After a pause, probably for a commercial, the lights back on and the Wyatts were still in the ring. Out came Fandango, who would face Strowman…

Braun Strowman defeated Fandango. A squash match with Stroman showing off his power offense. He won in a minute.

Neville defeated King Barrett to advance in the WWE World Heavyweight Championship tournament. Neville got a great reaction from the UK fans. He was joined in the ring by King Barrett with the crowd popping, then chanting “Rooney” as highlights were shown of his segment with Wayne Rooney from Raw, which I’ve seen all day on sports news. In the ring, Neville was smiling and applauding. Barrett was being showered with Rooney chants. Neville just beat a count out but was knocked to the mat in quick order. Neville eventually made a comeback with a backslide but was again thrown to the outside by Barrett, who acted extremely cocky in the ring and then went outside and made Neville look at the title belt. Neville came back with a somersault from the ringside barrier. Late in the match, Neville went for the Red Arrow, but Barrett caught him with a side slam for a near fall before missing a Bull Hammer. Neville hit the Red Arrow in 13 minutes. Neville advances. Very good match..

Renee Young was backstage with the Usos, who said they know how the Wyatts operate, and they are nasty and they smell nasty. They said tonight they are going to get revenge for Strowman’s attack on half of them…

Barrett stood in the ring with a microphone and said it has not been an easy 48 hours. He blamed the fact he lost the match to being distracted by Rooney. He said he’s wrestled up and down the country but never had a member of the audience place their hands on him. He said its unacceptable, and tomorrow he will demand to Vince McMahon they never come back to Manchester.

Undertaker’s gong sounded and the crowd went crazy. The Undertaker made his slow walk to the ring with the flames leaping. He climbed in the ring and took off his gear and looked ready for a fight. The crowd exploded with Undertaker chants. After staring each other down for a good two minutes. Barrett simply asked, “Can I help you mate? You lost?” Barrett said maybe Taker is not aware but he has built a pretty big reputation around here and he doesn’t take kindly to strangers coming into his yard and getting in his face.

After running Undertaker down some more, Barrett mocked Taker by telling him how the Bull Hammer works. Taker just stood there. Barrett tried to blindside Taker, who caught him with a couple of shots. After a chokeslam, Taker went to leave with the crowd chanting for a Tombstone. Taker came back in the ring and obliged the chant request, which the crowd ate up. The crowd chanted one more time, and Taker delivered another Tombstone on Barrett. Not sure if this segment will air but it was it fun…

Kalisto defeated Ryback to advance in the WWE World Heavyweight Championship tournament. On the production screen, a pre-taped interview with Ryback could be seen. Both men shook hands and both looked at the title setup on the podium. After Kalisto had some early offense with his pace, Ryback threw him out of the ring and was reluctant to return. Kalisto used kicks to keep Ryback grounded until Ryback caught him and threw him around the ring. Late in the match in a surprise, Kalisto reversed a super plex from the top rope into a pin. There was near silence for this match until the end after the hot previous segment and the match before it. You can’t blame the crowd for taking a breather. The match went about 8-10 minutes which felt seven minutes too long, especially when Ryback was using “wear down” holds on Kalisto. There were also a couple of botched spots with Ryback dropping Kalisto after a moonsault and failing to hold him up for a long vertical suplex. It wouldn’t surprise me if those spots are cut out of the broadcast. After the match, they stared each other down before again shaking hands…

Alberto Del Rio and Zeb Colter made their entrance next. Zeb mocked the accent, and said he calls this the Divided Kingdom. He got the “what?” treatment. He said everyone hates each other including the Irish, Scottish, and Welsh hate the English (it’s true, I kid). Del Rio used the two Manchester soccer clubs as an example of how divided we are. He said imagine a place with no division. Zeb tried to get the crowd to say Mex-America. He talked some more about MexAmerica but lost the crowd. Some kids behind me screamed it’s not a real country! Funny. Eventually, they made their way to the ring and Stardust, who looked to slip off the ramp on the way down, was playing to the crowd like a babyface and got the response he was looking for…

Alberto Del Rio (w/Zeb Colter) defeated Stardust to advance in the WWE World Heavyweight Championship tournament. Del Rio started out aggressively going straight at Stardust from the bell. Within a minute, some people chanted boring. The majority of the first part of the match was on the outside. Back in the ring, Del Rio dominated for a good couple of minutes until Stardust made a comeback and had del rio in the corner but del Rio slipped away and continued to dominate. The finish of the match came when Del Rio hit the double stomp and pinned Stardust. A very strange match. The action was hoo hum, and people seemed confused on how to react. Del Rio cut a heel promo before the match, but he was also playing to the crowd. Stardust, who last we saw was going after the babyfaces, was acting like the babyface. The crowd were understandably confused and quiet as a result…

The ring crew then started to work on the ring, for what reason wasn’t clear at this point… Highlights were shown of the Paige vs. Becky match from Raw, and what happened afterwards. This caused the crowd to chant “woooo” when they saw Charlotte. They showed a graphic of Paige vs. Charlotte for Survivor Series and Roman Reigns vs. Cesaro for Monday’s Raw…

Renee Young interviewed Reigns backstage. Reigns said his quest for the title over the last year has been like Everest. Every time he reaches the summit and looks up, he sees an avalanche. Footage aired of the Triple H spot on Raw with Reigns turning down his offer. Back to the interview, Reigns said Triple H is right in that he is different than Seth Rollins because he’s not a sellout. He finished the promo with a “believe that.” Pretty good…

The Usos made their entrance and danced in the ring. For the second time tonight we got the Wyatts.

The Uso Brothers defeated Luke Harper and Erick Rowan (w/Bray Wyatt, Braun Strowman). The match spilled to the outside. The match eventually settled down with Rowan hitting a fall away slam on one of the Usos, who fell to the outside and got a boot to the face from Harper. Late in the match, the Usos made a comeback after a hot tag. Rowan stopped the comeback by dragging his opponent over the top rope, but he came back with a cross body on Harper for a close two count. He then hit a corkscrew from the top top before attempting a dive over the top but Rowan caught him. Harper hit a powerbomb before the other Uso and Harper hit splashes on their opponents. When the dust settled, Harper got caught by a super kick before Rowan ate a double super kick. The Usos did a double suicide dive got the crowd back into the match. At ringside, Bray took his jacket off and all four Wyatts climbed in the ring to cause the DQ finish.

The Wyatts dominated the outnumbered Usos, who were flat out in the ring. Bray hit Sister Abigail to further rub salt in the wounds. All four men stood over the Uso’s. Bray went for Sister Abigail again before the gong sounded. The Undertaker came over the loud speaker and said at Survivor Series, your family will rest in peace. Kane’s pyro shot up (hence the ring crew earlier I guess). With all four Wyatts in the ring as Undertakers entrance theme played, that was the end of Smackdown…

Dark Match (Not Airing):

Roman Reigns vs. Bray Wyatt. Roman won the dark match after a spear, and got a hell of a reaction from the crowd.
