WWE taped tonight’s edition of NXT on April 23rd from Winter Park, FL at the Full Sail University. Here are the spoilers for tonight’s WWE NXT broadcast.
– Singles Match: Bayley defeated Jessie McKay with a Hugplex.
– Singles Match: Baron Corbin defeated Solomon Crowe with the End of Days. After the match, Rhyno ran down and attacked Corbin. The two started brawling until they were separated by security.
– Singles Match: Sasha Banks defeated an enhancement talent.
– Singles Match: Alexa Bliss defeated Carmella with a roll up after Blake and Murphy distracted Carmella. Post-match, Balek and Murphy try to apologize to Carmella, but she doesn’t want to hear it. She said that Enzo and Cass will take the titles at Takeover.
– Singles Match: Kalisto defeated Tye Dillinger by pinfall.
– Sami Zayn cut a promo in the ring about Kevin Owens and NXT Takeover. Kevin Owens made his way down to the ring. Owens says he knows Sami is hurt and at Takeover, he’s going to hurt him again, but this time Sami won’t be able to come back. Owens walked to the back to end the segment.
– Tag Team Match: Adam Rose and Tyler Breeze defeated Finn Balor and Hideo Itami when Breeze hit Itami with a superkick. After the match, Breeze nailed a superkick to Adam Rose and stood tall over him to close the show.
